We’re excited to announce the launch of our brand-new CKD Dietitian Directory in January of 2026, created by Golden Standards Company as a trusted resource for individuals living with pre-dialysis chronic kidney disease (CKD) who are actively seeking professional nutrition support. KDOQI 2020 Guidelines recommend MNT for CKD Stages 1–5 (non-dialysis) — yet access remains limited. This directory helps to bridge that gap.

Application: Email info@goldenstandards.com with the subject line: “DIETICIAN INQUIRY.” Share a few details about who you are, your services, websites or social media channels, any special offerings you’d like to promote, why you’d like to join our program, and if monthly or annual is preferred.
Approval: Applications are manually approved or declined by our team. Your information will be added to our website once your payment is recieved.
Payment: Upon approval, you will be invoiced via PayPal for your monthly or annual payment. Join month-to-month for just $15/month ($180 per year)—or go annual (to save $60) and pay just $120 for the entire year!
Cancellation: If you are month-to-month or annual, please contact us 1-week prior to your next payment date to discontinue your program with us.

By accessing, using, applying to, or being listed in the Golden Standards Co. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) Dietitian Directory (“Directory”), you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use or participate in the Directory.

  1. Purpose of the Directory

The CKD Dietitian Directory is provided by Golden Standards Co. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) solely as an informational resource to help individuals locate registered dietitians and nutrition professionals who report experience working with pre-dialysis chronic kidney disease (CKD) patients. Golden Standards Co. does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) and does not replace care from a licensed healthcare provider.

  1. No Endorsement or Guarantee

Inclusion in the Directory does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, certification, verification, or guarantee of any dietitian, nutritionist, individual, business, service, program, advice, outcome, or qualification. Golden Standards Co.: Does not verify all licensure status, credentials, insurance coverage, scope of practice, or clinical competency Makes no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information provided by listed professionals Does not guarantee health outcomes, client satisfaction, or program success. All healthcare decisions are made solely between the client and the dietitian.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Golden Standards Co. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to: Advice, guidance, services, programs, or recommendations provided by any listed dietitian or nutritionist. Health outcomes, lack of improvement, adverse reactions, or complications. Professional conduct, errors, omissions, negligence, or misconduct. Scheduling issues, cancellations, no-shows, disputes, or billing matters. Reliance on information found in the Directory. Users agree to assume full responsibility and risk for their healthcare choices.

  1. Independent Contractor Relationship

All dietitians and nutrition professionals listed in the Directory act as independent contractors. No partnership, agency, joint venture, employment, or fiduciary relationship is created between Golden Standards Co. and any listed professional.

  1. Professional Responsibility

Dietitians listed in the Directory are solely responsible for: Maintaining appropriate licensure and credentials. Practicing within their legal scope of practice. Carrying professional liability insurance (recommended). Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local laws. Providing ethical, respectful, and professional client care. Golden Standards Co. is not responsible for monitoring or enforcing professional standards.

  1. Payments, Billing & Directory Fees

Directory membership fees are billed via PayPal or other designated payment processors. Golden Standards Co. is not responsible for: Missed, late, declined, failed, disputed, or cancelled payments. Bank, PayPal, or third-party processing errors. Interruptions in listing visibility due to non-payment. Failure to maintain active payment may result in temporary suspension or permanent removal from the Directory without refund.

  1. Right to Remove or Refuse Listings

Golden Standards Co. reserves the sole and absolute right, at any time and for any reason, to: Refuse, suspend, or remove any listing. Terminate participation without notice. Remove professionals who do not align with brand values, ethics, professionalism, or community standards. This includes, but is not limited to, reports of unprofessional conduct, misleading claims, disrespectful behavior, or actions that negatively impact user trust.

  1. User Experience Expectations

We expect all listed professionals to provide a respectful, ethical, and professional experience for individuals seeking support. Golden Standards Co. does not mediate disputes but reserves the right to act if complaints indicate potential harm to users or the brand.

  1. No Medical Emergency Use

The Directory is not intended for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.

  1. Information Accuracy & Updates

While we strive to keep information current, Golden Standards Co. makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, or timeliness. Listings are self-reported by professionals and may change without notice.

  1. Indemnification

By participating in or using the Directory, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Standards Co., its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from: Use of the Directory. Services provided by or received from listed professionals. Violations of these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Modifications to Terms

Golden Standards Co. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Directory constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State in which Golden Standards Co. is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
