Refund/Return Policy
- Dietary supplements will ONLY be considered for reimbursement if packaging is unopened and in original condition.
- A return authorization number is NOT needed but we MUST be notified in writing (hard copy or email) the reason product is being returned and we will provide the correct address, the product should be returned to.
- All items must be received by Golden Standards Co. LLC within 30 days of purchase date. A 15% restocking fee will be assessed on all returns. In most cases, refunds will be made to the credit card or PayPal account used for the original purchase. Please allow two billing cycles for the refund or credit to appear on your statement.
- Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and getting the product back to us in good/original condition.
