Our free shipping offer applies to any order with a shipping address in the United States or Puerto Rico All orders placed before 12PM Central Time on a business day will typically ship out the following business day.  Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Tracking is included but delivery date cannot be guaranteed.

 

Accurate Address Information

Please confirm your shipping and billing information when placing your order.  We do NOT manually input your address.  All orders are automatically generated from the information you input on our website.  Please make it your responsibility to verify your address is complete and accurate.  Include your apartment, suite, or unit number to ensure the correct delivery of your order.

 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been packaged and shipped and the carrier has generated a tracking number, you will be emailed tracking information.  This usually happens within 2 business days after you place your order.

 

Delivery of your Shipment

USPS drivers will typically leave your package in your mailbox, but if the package does not fit, they may choose to leave it at your door or leave a note to pick it up at your local post office.

 

Lost Packages

If your package is lost or stolen and tracking shows it was delivered to the address you supplied when you placed your order, we will not be held liable for reimbursement or replacement.  We suggest you check with all family members, neighbors, or any other person that may have accepted or stored the package for you and contact your local post office regarding the delivery by your carrier.

Damaged packages must be reported to us within 1 business day of receipt. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please take pictures and do not discard packaging or product until shipping issues have been resolved.
