Welcome to the Golden Standards Family!
At Golden Standards Company we have a passion for “Health Through Nutrition.” We are a small, family owned business that began in 2010. Our business arose out of a need to help family members whose health was rapidly deteriorating. We found through research, education, and testing that nutritional foods are the best foundation for health. The well-being of every cell in our body depends on the nutrition we feed it and how well we hydrate it, lifestyle and other factors like genetics, too. That’s why we formulated “Kidney Stuff”™ as a high quality, non-GMO, whole food-based product with several organic components.
The ingredients in our products undergo rigorous testing standards at a 3rd party, world-leading laboratory and are manufactured in an FDA registered facility, using cGMP standards*. This ensures purity, safety, and nutritional efficacy.
We believe supplementation with food-based products like Kidney “Stuff”™ is very beneficial for overall kidney function and encourage our customers to add plant-based, organic foods (kale, spinach, cauliflower, broccoli, asparagus, fresh fruit, etc.) to their everyday diet for added health benefits.

A Message From Our Founder
I could have never imagined I’d be where I am today, doing what I do. For 20 years I worked as a corporate manager, until something BIG happened…the kind of thing that makes you stop and think about how precious life is and how time is ever-fleeting.
A close family member of mine, let’s call him “John” to protect his privacy, was diagnosed with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) as a complication of Type 2 Diabetes. Now, John was a tough guy, but he started to experience worsening symptoms that fast-tracked his need for long-term dialysis with a lower quality of life and limited years left with his wife and son. If he was lucky enough, perhaps “someday” he could be a transplant recipient, but we weren’t willing to accept this diagnosis without trying everything we could in the meantime, while there was still time left.
I feverishly set out on possibly one of the biggest learning journeys of my life researching possible solutions, networking with nutritionists, physicians, scientists, and experts in the nutraceutical and homeopathic supplement fields. I continued to study this space and even furthered my education with two nutritional certifications. My goal? To identify a natural way to support kidney health using what the good Lord put right here on this earth: Food.
I learned about the antioxidant properties of concentrated flax hull lignans, the health benefits of essential amino acids, the vitamins and minerals our bodies can so desperately crave, and so much more. Ultimately, I discovered that non-genetically modified whole foods are the absolute best foundation for supporting health because the well-being of every cell in our body depends on the nutrition we feed it and how well we hydrate it.
I got to work creating my first “recipe” for John. Within weeks of taking it, he was feeling better, urinary output increased, and he could participate in more normal activities. To the welcome surprise of John’s Nephrologist, his kidney condition was getting better – he was getting stronger and his health outlook was changing in ways we could’ve only hoped for.**
But I still felt like this wasn’t over, like I was being called to do more…
We started our small, family-owned business in 2010 with the most unexpected, beautiful by-product to ever come out of bad news: Our Kidney “Stuff” Original Granular formula, and now, it’s what I bring to you, too!
